About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Play Datez Child Development Center as an Assistant Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire young minds and support their growth in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and activities.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance required.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child care.
